Society for Healthcare Information Systems Programs, India (HISPANIC India) is a non-profit NGO with the various Indian states and national level to create and support a number of e-Health Information Systems.

HISP India is an important crossroads in the global HISP network initiated by the University of Oslo, Norway in 1994. This global network, known as "one-of-nature", is currently working in different countries in Africa and Asia, including South Africa, Mozambique, Ethiopia, Tanzania (including Zanzibar), Gambia , Botswana, Malawi, Nigeria, Zambia, Sierra Leone, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, Tajikistan and India. HISP India supports partnerships with global HISP WHO and the Health Metrics Network in the development and implementation of global public health information tools, including free and open source District Health Information System 2 (DHI 2).
